How it Works
The new Buy In-Store and Return Online functionality enable shoppers who have purchased products without providing any PII to return items back to the merchant.
What differs from other return merchandise authorizations is how the return has been initiated; how the RMA is processed remains the same.
Easily customize language and image for your customers' journey by selecting Custom Text.
Scroll down to Receipt Lookup where you would be able to customize what your customers see when initiating their return online.
Language that can be customized:
- Order number
- Purchase Date
- Receipt total amount
Your Customer's Experience
Your customers will be presented with a new option to “Start with a receipt”.
Once selected, a new user flow will appear. Customers will then fill out the following fields:
- Order #
- Date of purchase
- Total amount (amount paid at the store which is also shown in the customer's ticket)
- Customer email (to be able to send shipping label & return details)
Customers select items to return.
Customers select the main return reason.
Customers select the subreason.
Customers view selection confirmation.
Customers are then prompted to fill out their address to create the required shipping label for the return.
Customers view return confirmation.
Customers receive email confirming return.
