Where do I find it?
The Reports Page allows you to select and export information on financial reconciliation, billing, and returns directly from Returnly. You navigate to this page by clicking on the Reports link, featured on the left-hand navigation panel.
To better understand how to use the reports, you'll see a ? within a circle near the top of each report category. Clicking on those circles will pull up a best practices guide to help you best use these reports.
How do I use it?
You are able to export individual reports under each section by clicking directly on the report of interest. It pulls up this dialog box where you can set the parameters you want to export.
You can also export multiple reports at once with the Export All button located at the top right of the main reports page. This pulls up a dialog box where you can set the parameters of how you want your information exported.
The first option allows you to select from a pre-set list of time windows
Otherwise, you are able to select your own time window. You then select which reports you want to export, and then click on Confirm to have those reports generate and get sent to your email.
Special attention must be made for the Return Details Report, however. There are finer filtering options available to you:
The Return Details report can provide merchants with important insight into how their returns operation is performing. An additional drop-down field appears before the default filters found in the other reports: Sort Return Details by. Date Created is selected by default, but you'll be able to also choose from Date refunded and Date delivered.
Note: All data available within the dashboards will be inclusive through 3am ET/Midnight PT, for the previous day, by 9am ET/6am PT the following day.
