Across two robust dashboards, Returnly Analytics leverages key returns data -- gathered at the warehouse and customer level -- to empower teams with actionable insights that drive business growth.
Dashboards are unified within the prominent Analytics section of the Return Manager, as can be accessed from the familiar left-side navigation menu:
For merchants who leverage Returnly Credit or Exchanges, the "Overview" and "Returnly Credit" dashboards can readily be toggled between, by clicking on the correspondingly labeled tabs.
On Chrome, you will need to ensure that third-party cookies are enabled to successfully view and utilize Analytics (including choosing a "Viewer Time Zone").
The corresponding setting can be accessed and managed under Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data. You should choose either the "Block third-party cookies in Incognito" or "Allow all cookies" selection:
If cookies are blocked, you may encounter a "You are not authorized to view this page" error when navigating through the Analytics section.
On Safari, you will need to actively disable the "Prevent cross-site tracking" browser setting (enabled by default) -- at least temporarily -- to successfully view and utilize Analytics (including choosing a "Viewer Time Zone").
This setting can be accessed and managed under Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Website tracking:
If this setting remains enabled, you may encounter a "You are not authorized to view this page" error when navigating through the Analytics section.
Within a given dashboard, all displayed metrics can be filtered using a number of custom options:
Aggregation: How metrics are aggregated (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
- Date Range: Data will correspond with the selected range of time. The "Custom" selection will allow for precise start and end dates to be selected from the calendar.
Time Zone Selection
With this option, a dashboard viewer is able to select their preferred global time zone, even if not where they're currently located, for reviewing metrics and data.
Each metric's tile includes a tooltip that, when hovered over, presents a summary of the corresponding definition or calculation. This enables users to better understand what data means, directly from the dashboard view.
For more detail on each dashboard's metrics, check out our summarized lists:
Data for any metric can be downloaded and exported in the form of a report. There are two options:
- Mouse over the corresponding metric's tile.
- Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner.
- Select "Download Data...".
- You'll be presented with additional options to tailor your report.
- Scroll up to the gear icon (next to the "Viewer Time Zone" drop-down menu).
- Select either "Download as PDF..." or "Download as CSVs". For CSVs, a Zip folder will be downloaded inclusive of all files.
All data available within the dashboards will be inclusive through 3am ET/Midnight PT, for the previous day, by 9am ET/6am PT the following day.
