In-Store Returns allows shoppers to initially begin their return by way of a merchant's existing Return Center. They are provided the opportunity to locate the merchant's nearest retail store location, and bring their return for processing in person.
Upon arriving at the store, the shopper simply provides their return confirmation number or email address, enabling a store associate to process the return and issue an immediate refund -- all on the spot.
This affords new opportunities to engage with customers in-person, while providing another convenient option for returning. By driving returns foot traffic to physical retail store locations, your brand can increase sales, engage customers, and build loyalty in a personalized way.
Online purchases returned in-store can then be added back to inventory to be resold right away or shipped to a warehouse.
