If you need to enable a set return reason to offer an eligible shopper the opportunity to exchange, this can be accomplished within the Return Manager (dashboard). Simply follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Returns Policy section.
- Scroll down to "Reasons for return".
- Next to a specific reason, click on the pencil icon and toggle "Exchange" on.
- Click the "Save" button.
We recommend not enabling a separate "Exchange" return reason. For accurate returns reporting and relevant metrics, it's best practice to have a more precise reason trigger the option to exchange, i.e. "Did not fit".
