When reviewing RMAs within the Manage Returns dashboard you now have the ability to navigate between RMAs that are within the same tab. For example, if you are going to manually settle RMAs in the For Review tab, once you are in an RMA record all you'll need to do is hit "Previous" or "Next" to navigate to the next RMA.
When reviewing RMAs within the Manage Returns dashboard, you can use the search and sort features to help locate and organize RMA records.
If you don't have the RMA number on hand there is no need to panic, Returnly offers the ability to search for specific RMA(s) a number of different ways. First, you will need to select the preferred search criteria from the dropdown list, as seen below.
With options such as Order ID number, Customer Email, or Tracking Number, your team can use the search function to identify a specific RMA. Using the SKU search criteria, you can pull up all RMAs with the associated SKU in every tab, i.e. In Transit, For Review, etc.
You can now filter your returns within the Manage Returns dashboard so that you can either widen or narrow the scope of your search. If you are trying to review RMAs that are in differing statuses, you can select one or more status filters to view RMAs which would otherwise display in differing Status tabs, as seen below.
Please note that once a filter has been selected that the Status tabs are removed. You can filter by a number of statuses, which are fully listed below.
You can now sort your returns within the Manage Returns dashboard in order to review and action RMAs. By default the tabs are organized by the date they were created, with the newest presented first. the sorting method for RMAs can be changed, as seen below.
There are a number of ways to leverage this new sorting feature. For example, sorting by Delivered - Oldest first your team can manually edit and refund RMAs in order of when they were delivered to your warehouse.
