With Product Recommender driving post-return engagement with your brand and conversion, related metrics and insights can be tracked through the Shopify platform.
To access these valuable metrics, log into your Shopify Admin instance. Metrics are logged in two capacities:
By Time Period
- On the left navigation menu, click into "Analytics".
- Select "Reports".
- Under "Behavior," choose "Online store conversion over time".
- Optionally select a preferred, custom "Date range".
- Within the "Edit columns" drop-down menu, scroll down to the "Marketing Campaign" section, and select "UTM campaign name".
Related engagement sessions will be represented with a "UTM campaign name" of "product recommendation".
At the Order Level
- On the left navigation menu, click into "Orders"
- Select the desired order number.
- Under "Conversion summary," choose "View conversion details".
