Missed Delivery Deadline now includes all RMAs

All Authorized returns will now transition to Missed Delivery Deadline when they have passed your return window. Previously, only RMAs where Returnly Credit was issued would follow this behavior. This will be applied retroactively to Authorized returns within the past 120 that have passed your return window.

New Financial Reports for Easier Reconciliation

We've just released two new reports making it easier to get the data you need to complete your critical accounting and reconciliation workflows.
The latest enhancements allow you to do the following:
- Gross-to-Net Sales Report: Use this report to successfully reconcile repurchases and exchanges using Shopify's and Returnly's reports, by following accounting best practices for effective adjustment.
- Gift Cards Report: Use this report to successfully retrieve data for gift cards generated by Returnly to facilitate repurchases and exchanges, allowing for effective reconciliation of liabilities as well as gift card management.
How to Access: Previously located within your Billing tab, you can now access your Finance reports within the Analytics > Finance tab of your Returnly dashboard.
Configure Parcel Insurance for EasyPost Shipments

EasyPost customers can now offer parcel insurance for their return packages. Once configured, item values are passed with the label, and insurance is auto generated. To configure parcel insurance for your account, file a support ticket from your Return Manager and include the minimum and maximum insurance value.
Note: To enable EasyPost parcel insurance with Returnly, you must first establish insurance with the desired carrier and agree to the max insured amount.
Analyze Returns Data Using the New Returnly Analytics

Analytics has been updated to offer deeper insight into your product returns, plus faster load times and a fresh new look. What's new:
- Analytics tab: Access all Analytics (returns and repurchases) from the same place. Each report includes a tooltip with detailed descriptions and methodology details.
- Returnly Credit dashboard: 1:1 Exchanges and repurchases split into two different reports helping you better understand how your customers reconvert.
- Overview dashboard: Quantitative CSAT metric of how satisfied customers are with your return experience and qualitative feedback that explains why.

Integrate Returnly with Zendesk to Streamline Support Inquiries

When a shopper submits a Zendesk support ticket, a CSR can view RMA details via the Returnly widget. They can also go directly to corresponding RMA within Returnly for additional details or to manage the return (pending applicable Returnly permissions). CSRs within Zendesk can view:
- RMA #
- Refund amount due (total refund amount)
- Exchange (yes/no)
- Shipping fee

The Zendesk integration is available on the Returnly Premium plan. To check your plan, visit the Your Account tab within your Return Manager.
New Insights Surfaced on Your Homepage

The new admin homepage surfaces insights on the health of your returns and shopper feedback so that you can prioritize and take action when you log into the Return Manager. Each homepage will be personalized based on your user access and permissions so you see what's most relevant to your role.

Add Product Recommendations to Your Returnly Emails

You can now add product recommendations to your Returnly emails. By delivering highly relevant recommendations to shoppers’ inboxes when your brand is still top-of-mind, this enhancement will help you re-engage customers after they've completed a return. To add the recommender to your customer emails, select an email template to customize and include the {{PRODUCT_RECOMMENDER}} content block.
For brands offering Returnly Credit, the strikethrough price will reflect the balance after applied.

Stripe Invoice Number Available in the Accounts Payable Report

The Accounts Payable Report now includes the Stripe Invoice Number. This helps you identify and understand which RMAs and amounts belong to a specific invoice for easier reconciliation. Simply export the report and open the CSV to view the new field.
Split Refunds Prioritized To Credit Cards When Gift Card Is Used

When two payment methods are used (gift card & credit card) Returnly now automatically refunds the maximum balance possible to credit card. If there is still an amount left to be refunded, it goes to the gift card used by the shopper when purchasing the order.
Previously, Returnly automatically split the refund amount based on the percentage paid by each payment method.
Preview Return Center Customizations as a Shopper

You can now preview Return Center customizations from the viewpoint of a shopper by clicking through the return flow. This eliminates viewing individual pages without the full context. You can also view the flow across various devices to ensure a seamless brand experience from mobile and desktop.
To preview the Return Center, from the Return Manager click on the Customize tab, then Custom Text, the click on the Preview icon (eye), and choose your device to scroll through.

Add Smart Recommendations to the Return Confirmation Page

Guide customers back into the shopping journey by making personalized product recommendations on the return confirmation page with Product Recommender. Recommendations are based on each customer’s previous order and return history maximizing repurchase conversions, exchanges and upsells. Product Recommender is available on the Returnly Premium plan.
When coupled with Returnly Credit, strikethrough pricing is also applied to each product recommendation to help create urgency.

Add Barcodes to Shipping Labels

In addition to the shipping label barcode, you can now add one additional barcode, such as Order ID or RMA Number, to the shipping label and packing slip PDF. This helps 3PLs and warehouses more easily identify which orders to process when receiving a package.

Search RMAs by SKU

We're making it easy for you to quickly find and manage returns for specific products by searching by SKU. Use the Search Returns dropdown to select SKU then type the code into search bar. You can switch between status tabs to identify returns matching the search.

Sort RMAs for Easy Management

We're making it easy for you to quickly identify and manage RMAs with sorting options. Choose from date created, order number, delivered status, and RMA number, then choose to sort from high to low or new to old where applicable.

Time Zone and Additional Fields Added to the RMA Report

We've updated the RMA Report to include the option to select a time zone when generating reports. This update helps you accurately report on RMAs created on a specific date to better align across different regions and time zones.
We are also now including RMAs with ‘Return Created’ date, ‘Return Delivered On’ date, or ‘Refunded Date’ within the specified date range in the RMA report for better slicing of data.

Navigation Added Within RMA

We've added navigation within the RMA to more easily move between RMAs. This change helps CSRs work faster through their day-to-day returns processing. From the Manage Returns tab, choose a status tab, click into an RMA, and process as usual. When you're ready, you can click 'Previous' or 'Next' to continue working.
