Returnly offers a variety of return solutions for your business so that you can facilitate a wide range of scenarios. Our core returns offering is something all our customers can right out of the box, but additional functionality may require some combination of Returnly Premium, additional purchase of an add-on feature, and a certain Shopify tier.

Returns
Requirements: All Returnly customers receive this functionality (part of the core Returnly Suite)
Description: Process returns with a Return Manager (merchant facing), and have customers initiate returns when visiting your Return Center (customer facing). Shoppers can initiate returns by using an order number + shipping zip code, or the email address they made the purchase with.

Returns with Returnly Credit
Requirements: Returnly Premium + Returnly Credit Add-on feature + Shopify or Shopify Plus
Description: Returnly Credit allows consumers the option to get the right item even before returning the wrong one by either exchanging or placing an order for a new item. Returnly places the order on behalf of the consumer and assumes the return risk from the merchant. If a customer doesn’t send back the original order or it gets lost in the mail, Returnly take that loss and you get two sales in the books.
Gift Returns
Requirements: Returnly Premium (Add-on feature) + Shopify Plus only
A separate flow that allows individuals who have received items as a gift (giftees) to return them for store credit equal to the refunded amount.
Gift Returns & Returnly Credit
Requirements: Returnly Premium + Returnly Credit Add-on feature + Shopify Plus only
With Returnly Credit added on top of your regular Gift Returns flow, individuals who have received items as a gift (giftees) can find something new using Returnly Credit, without alerting the original gift giver.
Green Returns
Requirements: Returnly Premium + Green Returns Add-on feature + Shopify or Shopify Plus
Green Returns allows merchants to refunds shoppers without having to ship back an unwanted return. Using machine learning and data science, Green Returns makes real-time returns policy decisions helping save costs on reverse logistics, and build customer loyalty, while doing right by the environment.
International Returns
Requirements: Returnly Premium + International Returns Add-on feature
International Returns automates label generation and customs documentation, supports refunds in the desired currency, and speaks to your shoppers in their own language to provide the easy return experience your customers expect.
In most cases, specific instructions and customs documentation are emailed to you. In some cases, however (as in the example shown below), if a shipping carrier doesn't support a specific route, the shopper can send the package themselves at no extra cost.
In-Store Returns
Requirements: Returnly Premium +In-Store Returns Add-on feature
In-Store Returns creates new opportunities to engage with customers in person while giving another convenient return option. By driving returns foot traffic to physical store locations you can increase sales, engage customers and build loyalty in a personalized way. Online purchases returned in-store can then be shipped to the warehouse or put back on the shelf to be resold immediately.
