Essentially, you'll be able to configure your storefront to allow for Variant Exchanges without any human intervention.

Businesses on our Premium Returnly plans will be able to leverage this feature, but also in conjunction with our Shop Collections (any other product).
If you need to enable a set return reason to offer an eligible shopper the opportunity to exchange, visit your Return Manager dashboard. Then, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Return Settings section.
2. Select the ReturnReasons tab.
3. Next to a specific reason, click on the pencil icon and toggle the Exchange switch to on.
4. Click the Save button.
Tip: We recommend not enabling a separate Exchange return reason. For accurate returns reporting and relevant metrics, it's best practice to have a more precise reason trigger the option to exchange, i.e. "Did not fit".
