The Returnly Dashboard (or if you prefer, the Return Manager Dashboard) is the heart of the Returnly experience. The left-hand menu gets into different areas of configuration, customization, return management and reporting, while the main pane gives you an overall view (through a collection of widgets) of what is happening in your Return Center.
Homepage Overview
Your Homepage provides a way to quickly view a summary of key metrics of your account, receive notifications on actionable tasks, and see useful announcements about Returnly. This page would help show important business relevant data as it pertains to returns, Returnly Credit, and CSAT scores, all of which we will go in more detail in the sections below. Regardless of what plan you're on, you'll see this homepage.
In regards to the left-hand menu, you may see variation on what options you have (compared to what you see in the below screenshot), depending on your plan and what add-ons you have purchased with Returnly.
In the basic version of Returnly (our Monthly Plan), everyone will have the following:
- Home: Your homepage/command center with informational dashboards
- Manage Returns: Manage RMAs across various statuses
- Returns Policy: Where you set the rules of how you want your Return Center to operate
- Customize: Change the look and feel of your Return Center + Customer Communications
- User Management: Grant user permissions and roles
- Your Account: Where you input/modify essential account information
- Billing: A list of charges for the labels Returnly generates for you
- Tools: An area to diagnose errors with orders

Widget - Shopper CSAT
A CSAT survey can be made available to your shoppers on the Unified Return Status Page of their return flow where they would be able to rate their return experience from 1 to 5 for each return process. Our system would then aggregate these CSAT scores in which the percentage of satisfied shoppers(scored 4 or 5) would be displayed on this widget.
Metrics calculated on this widget would be based on relevant data from the past 30 days.
The most recent CSAT surveys would also be displayed in this widget so you can view your shoppers latest reviews.
Widget - To Do List
This widget would provide alerts for important and actionable items that would need to be addressed. These alerts would include but would not be limited to:
- RMAs which are under Needs Attention.
- We were unable to charge your credit card. Please update your payment information.
- The return address is invalid.
- Set your returns policy.
- Set your returns eligibility window.
- Set your returns center logo.
- Set your email template logo.
- You have pending returns waiting to be accepted.
It would be best to situate these pending tasks as promptly as you can. If you would require any assistance on any of these tasks, feel free to reach out to us at support@returnly.com.
Widget - Visit Your Returns Center
This would simply provide a URL shortcut to the Welcome Page of your Return Center. This would be the same URL address that your shoppers would use to initiate returns for your account. Customizing this URL and acquiring a vanity URL (where you don't have the returnly portion of the URL present) requires a Returnly Premium plan - learn more about that here.
Widget - Announcements
Announcements from Returnly's official Twitter account (@Returnly) would stream live onto this widget. On the stream, you would find news about the company, upcoming events and webinars in the industry, information on new features that are rolling out, and much more. There would be a link attached to each announcement that would navigate directly to the associated tweet so that you can receive more details on the topic.
Visibility - User Role Permissions
The widgets displayed on this page would be dependent on your given user role. This is to ensure that any information that is shown would be relevant to the individual user. More information on the types of user roles available in the system could be found in the following article: Add and Manage Users & Permissions
See below for the breakdown of which widgets would be available for each user role:
