Green Returns (General Availability)
Green Returns is now available as an add-on with your current Returnly plan! Green Returns allows you to refund customers without having to ship back unwanted returns saving you the cost of shipping and processing while increasing customer satisfaction.
It's built on top of our machine learning engine which means Returnly prevents bad actors from abusing the experience, and allows you to offer Green Returns on any product that makes sense for your business – whether it’s due to low product value or because it can’t be resold. You can control product eligibility making it globally available or by product tag, return value, or total lifetime return value score.
Who does this affect and when will it be available?

Rate Shopping Across Carriers (General Availability)
We’re excited to announce that the Returnly platform now includes rate shopping across carriers. The new tool will automatically compare shipping carriers and purchase the lowest cost return labels. Rate shopping not only reduces operating cost, but also improves customer experience. If you’re interested in this tool, connect your custom carrier accounts and reach out to Customer Success at success@returnly.com. We'll get your store enabled to experience the real-time savings today!
Report Scheduler (General Availability)
With Returnly you can use our pre-built and custom reports to leverage real-time returns, revenue, and customer data. Now you can use Reports Scheduler to set up a recurring schedule to make sure those reports are delivered to the right people at the right time, automatically.
Schedule up to 10 pre-built or custom reports to distribute to as many as 10 different emails on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
Spend less time manually exporting your data & increase visibility to the teams that need it most!
Reports Scheduler is now available in the Reports tab in your dashboard.

Shipping Analytics Dashboard and Return Shipping Report (General Availability)
The new Shipping Dashboard and Return Shipping Report allow you to accurately and consistently review and monitor your shipping data, including associated costs from shipping brokers, estimated dates, weights, and refunds and more.
