Overview
On the Return Settings page, under the Shipping tab, easily add and connect your UPS or FedEx Carrier Accounts for your domestic returns.
How to Connect a Carrier
- On the Return Sections page, access the Shipping section.
- Click Connect a Carrier.
- Select the Carrier Name you would like to add.
- When selecting either Fedex Ground or UPS, you will be presented with a registration form.
UPS
For UPS, main sections of the form are as follows:
- Business Information
- Account Information
- Billing Address (The address information needs to be pulled explicitly from the invoice)
- UPS Account/Shipper Number: To find your UPS Account Number, you’ll need to login to your UPS account and navigate to Profile>Payment Options.
- Account Information & UPS Invoice:When your account is older than 30 days, ensure you fill out fields associated with your invoice information.

FedEx Ground
For FedEx Ground, main sections of the form are as follows:
- Business Information
- Account Information (For this field, you would need your FedEx Account Number)
- Account Address
- Required fields: the complete form.
- The "Address Information" column must match the address information on your FedEx profile.

- Once you have filled out the form, you'll be asked to confirm that action.
Note: Connecting this carrier will replace Returnly's default carrier.
- Once the carrier has been successfully connected, it will be shown in the Shipping section of the Return Sections page.
Note:When selecting another carrier other than UPS or FedEx, contact Returnly to add the carrier manually.
This feature would be available for accounts on Returnly Premium (Growth and Partner).
