Overview
Returnly <> A2000 Integration
This integration eliminates manual processes by creating Return Merchandize Authorization(RMA) records and triggering refunds to provide an accurate audit trail of returned items.
In addition, merchants do not need to integrate Returnly to their 3PL as A2000 sends the necessary receiving information to the 3PL.
If you need technical support specific to the Returnly <> A2000 integration, contact the A2000 Support team as they manage, host, and monitor the integration.
