In addition to shipping label barcodes, you are able to add one additional barcode to the shipping label or packing slip PDF so 3PLs (third party logistics providers) can more easily identify which orders to process when receiving a package.
The default system settings are no additional barcodes are added. However, you can add the following:
- RMA Number
- Order Number
- Order ID
Examples are shown further below.
In order to add one of those three items listed above, you must contact your Onboarding Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, or our merchant care team (support@returnly.com) so they can make these configuration updates.
