Hello there and welcome to the February Product Update page! We'll be going over new & upcoming features, updates, and improvements to Returnly below.
Upgraded Knowledge Center
Who does this affect?
All Returnly customers will enjoy this upgraded resource!
Why the update?
Our Knowledge Center is a heavily trafficked part of our customer's experience, and we wanted to improve upon its potential to educate and delight them in an intuitive way. Previously, it functioned more like a resource bank with articles addressing frequently asked questions or common pain-points, usually with a path towards resolution.
Now, there are more defined learning pathways. For example, our new "Getting Started for Admins" section allows brand new Returnly admins to install, configure, and operate the Returnly Suite without any assistance, on their own time. Individual articles now have a table of contents, are meticulously tagged for searchability, and have been updated to reflect the current state of our products.
We hope that you enjoy the design and content upgrades!
Consider adding the Knowledge Center to your bookmarks.
Resource Hub - In-Product Help
Who does this affect?
All Returnly customers have access to this new resource!
Why the update?
The Resource Hub allows admins to get important product updates and announcements, view Knowledge Center articles, contact our merchant care team, and submit feature ideas without leaving your Return Center Dashboard!
Simply click on the question mark that now appears at the bottom-right of the Return Dashboard screen to access these resources. If we publish an announcement or update, there will be a number (1, 2, etc) that appears next to the question mark.
Analytics Dashboard Updates
Who does this affect?
All merchants can see the returns dashboard; some (depending on your subscription/add-ons) would see both the returns and sales dashboards.
Why the update?
As we improve and iterate on our analytics dashboards experience, we wanted to share some quick updates:
- We’re renaming dashboards from Overview > Returns and Returnly Credit > Sales
- We’re adding “Refund to gift card” metrics to the Sales dashboard
- We’re moving “Gift returns” metrics into the Returns dashboard
Depending on your Returnly subscription and add-ons, you may see just the Returns dashboard, or both Returns and Sales. The below Knowledge Center articles go over the changes in greater detail.
- Analytics: Utilizing the Dashboards
- Analytics: Returns Dashboard Glossary
- Analytics: Sales Dashboard Glossary
When will this update go live?
These updates are live now.
