As a platform, Returnly is optimized for recommended devices, operating systems, browsers and screen resolutions. These are actively utilized in testing and maintaining all of our products and features.
Platform support is segmented into our (1) merchant-facing, backend Return Manager, (2) shopper-facing, frontend Return Center, and (3) In-Store Returns Portal -- as grouped below:
Return Manager (dashboard)
- Desktop Browsers
The Return Manager supports the latest 2, stable releases of Chrome and Safari. While alternate browsers (i.e. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge) are not explicitly supported, this should typically display and function correctly regardless of browser.

- Analytics
On Safari, you will need to actively disable the "Prevent cross-site tracking" browser setting (enabled by default) -- at least temporarily -- to successfully view and utilize Analytics. This setting can be accessed and managed under Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Website tracking:If this setting remains enabled, you may encounter a "You are not authorized to view this page" error when navigating through the Analytics section.
- Mobile Devices
The Return Manager is not currently supported on mobile devices, regardless of browser.
Return Center

The Return Center supports the latest 2, stable releases of Chrome and Safari. While alternate browsers (i.e. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge) are not explicitly supported, this should typically display and function correctly regardless of browser.

In-Store Returns Portal

The In-Store Returns Portal supports the latest 2, stable releases of Chrome and Safari.While alternate browsers (i.e. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge) are not explicitly supported, this should typically display and function correctly regardless of browser.

Mobile Devices
The In-Store Returns Portal supports the latest versions of each major platform’s default browsers (Chrome and Safari) on iPad in landscape mode.
Additionally, this should (typically) display and function correctly on other tablet (Android) devices in landscape mode as well.
