On the Manage Returns dashboard, merchants can now view and take action on RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) error alert messages. By detailing recommendations on how to resolve returns in a timely manner, Returnly is providing both merchants and shoppers with a seamless return experience.
This article intends to cover error messages as presented to the merchants on the RMA details page along with their respective recommended actions.
How to View RMA Error Messages
- On the merchant’s dashboard, access Manage Returns.
- Click on the RMA that would need to be addressed to access the RMA details page.
- On the top right corner of the RMA details page, the error alert on the RMA status is displayed.
- Merchants will be able to view the alert message associated with the status alert along with a description of the issue & recommended action to resolve the RMA.
