The majority of Returnly customers are Shopify users that are using either our Basic or Premium plans. Because merchants never fall within a one-size-fits-all solution, we've built in flexibility and an À la carte additions that you can choose to enhance your Returnly experience for yourself and your shoppers.

Returnly Monthly Plan
The Returnly Monthly Plan, is a monthly subscription that comes with the essential Returnly features.
There are three monthly plans that you can take part in, which varies depending on which version of Shopify you are using, your business size, and how many people are required to have access to the Returnly platform on your side:
- Returnly for Shopify Basic
- Returnly for Cope Shopify
- Returnly for Shopify Advanced
Differences between these three sub-tiers can be discussed with your Returnly contact. Below are the features that all Returnly-Shopify monthly plans get out of the box, and what they do:

Essentially, the above features form the Core Returnly Suite. Any additions (shown in the sections below) can be layered on top of the core product to create your custom returns stack in order to best suit your business needs.
Returnly Premium (Annual) Plan
The Returnly Premium Plan is an annual subscription that comes with all the features mentioned above in the Returnly Monthly plan, as well as the additional features listed in the chart below. This version of Returnly also works with all levels of Shopify, including Basic Shopify, Shopify Advanced, and Shopify Plus.
Note: If you are using Shopify Plus, you will automatically be mapped to the Returnly Premium plan.

Returnly Premium Add-On Features
Additional features can be added onto some Monthly and all Premium plans at an additional cost. There may be additional Shopify requirements as well. These features are priced differently; for more information, please reach out to your Returnly contact.

Returnly Custom Plans
Some merchants have specific requirements, technical or otherwise, that fall outside of Returnly's normal use cases. In such circumstances, a unique partnership occurs between Returnly and the merchant where custom development occurs and new processes are built.
