Manually Create a Gift Return for Your Customer

Need to create a gift return on behalf of a shopper? Here are the simple steps:

  • Press the + Create Return button from the Manage Returns tab

  • Check the Gift Exchange box, which will reveal the Giftee Name and Giftee Email fields.

  • Add the order #, gift recipient's name, and email then click create.

  • Continue flow choosing items for return and entering the gift recipient's address.
