If you are on an Annual plan and you would like to begin integrating Returnly to other services, you may generate an API token within your Return Manager.
In order to do so, visit Integration Tools.
- Select API Token and click Generate API Token.
- You can see your API token in the tab as shown below.
- Click on the copy button located to the right of your token to begin integrating to third-party applications; the following message will pop up on the top right corner of your page.
- If you need to regenerate your token, click Generate new token and acknowledge the following warning.
Once you choose to proceed, since a new API token is generated, it breaks the connection with third-party integrations so the merchant will need to re-connect them with the new key.
Note: If you are able to view your token, though the option of regenerating it is not available on your dashboard, reach out to our Merchant Care team at support@returnly.com.
