Returnly includes information indicating if an RMA is a gift return in the RMA Report.
To access your Returns CSV data with BARCODE information:
- Log in to the Returnly dashboard
- Click on the Manage Returns tab on the left nav
- Click on Create RMA Report
- Select the Date Range and enter your Email
- Check your Email inbox
