For those leveraging Returnly's USPS account, you may see that labels are being generated with a weight of 10 oz.
You might stop and think "wait a second, my product weighs more than 10 oz's!" You're right! There is a simple reason and fix for this.
When a return is initiated and a 10 oz label is generated, it means your product(s) are reflecting a weight of zero in the order data we receive. This 10 oz weight is set as a system default by Returnly so due to the fact that USPS rejects labels that a weight of 0 oz. To fix this, you'll need to enter the correct weight of your product(s) within Shopify.
With the accurate weight applied in Shopify, all new orders placed and returned will have the correct weight reflected on the label. This means your customers wont encounter any issues when dropping off their return!
