To offer your shoppers the Shop Collections experience, you must have Collections configured within Shopify, and enabled via the Returnly Return Manager.

To offer your shoppers the Shop Collections experience, you must have Collections configured within Shopify, and enabled via the Returnly Return Manager.

Configured Shopify Collections will automatically import with Returnly, and be listed (by "Collection name") within a dedicated sub-section of the Return Manager -- Returns Policy > Shop Collections:
Ordering by default is alphabetical. However, if you see a small icon next to an active collection, you may click and drag the collection to your preferred order.
Note: You can only display 20 active collections at once.
Enabling/Disabling a Collection
To enable a Collection, such that shoppers are able to exchange across its curated products, toggle the corresponding "Turn collection on" setting. Then click "Save".
To disable a previously enabled Collection, untoggle the corresponding "Turn collection on" setting. Then click "Save".
Viewing or Editing Collections
To streamline the ability for you to view or edit a Collection, or its curated products, the "Edit Collection in Shopify" column will include direct links to each Collection within Shopify (Admin). When clicked, the page opens in a new tab.
