In order to settle Returnly Credit orders, Returnly needs to collect your bank account information. To securely connect your bank account, please follow the steps below:
Note: You will need to have access to your bank account credentials to complete this process. Often times it is best for someone on the accounting team to complete these steps.
Connecting ACH data to Returnly
- Go to Your Account on the left-hand navigation bar
- Select the Payment tab
- Select the Link Account button
Follow the instructions to connect your bank account:
- Select your bank
- Enter your Username and Password
- Select the bank account you want to connect to Returnly (in case you have more than one associated to that user)
