Need to refund to a gift card? No problem, just follow these simple steps:
- After an RMA has been marked as delivered, you can choose the refund destination for the RMA. Just find the dropdown under "Refund to" on the RMA detail view”
- Select Gift Card and then press PROCESS REFUND
If you choose to refund to a gift card we will show the last 4 digits of the gift card that you refunded to so that you can find the gift card in your ecommerce platform later.
This flow works for all versions of Shopify.
