This month we've got an all new integration and one more reminder to make sure you've updated to the all new Return Center.
Kustomer Integration (General Availability)
Why the update?
Here at Returnly, we're constantly looking to improve efficiency and introduce more automation into your workflows. As part of our ongoing integration work, we've connected with Kustomer so that merchants who use Kustomer to manage their customer support will have all their information at their fingertips without switching applications.
Returnly is the only returns and exchange solution with a direct integration into Kustomer. With Returnly and Kustomer working together, you can view return information right within your timeline and link to the associated RMA in Returnly helping you deliver faster, more personalized support.
Who does this affect, and when will this update go live?
This integration is available now, at no additional cost for merchants on our Premium (Annual) plan.
Migration to the all new Return Center
If you have not yet migrated to the new Return Center, now's the time to do it! Updating is super simple and takes just a few minutes. Watch this video to learn what's in it for you when you make the switch.
The new Return Center gives your customers a branded, thorough, and quick return and exchange experience, all without compromising your established return policy and return settings.
You will have until April 1, 2022 to complete this transition. At that point we will reach out one last time before auto-migrating your Return Center to a generic branded template, so be sure to finish this as soon as possible!
