What version of Returnly should I be using?
Returnly users typically fall under 3 buckets: Our Monthly users, our Premium users, and our Custom users. Each of these tiers provide different levels of functionality and service. A large percentage of Returnly users are already Shopify users - our core experience is well integrated with that platform. Regardless, we do support other digital storefronts as well, which we will get into later.
Monthly Returnly Users
A good portion of you will be a Monthly Returnly users. Our proprietary return center and return flow are included. Installation, configuration, and upkeep is largely self-service, but you will have access to our Merchant Care Team and Knowledge Center for any how-to help.
Premium Returnly Users
Our Premium users will have the everything in our Monthly plans, but additional functionality, such as our exchange flow and increased automation across the system (and much more). Additionally, you will be assigned an Onboarding Project Manager (OPM), who will guide you through implementing our software, as well as a Customer Success Manager (CSM), who will help you make optimization tweaks to your system as well as provide you with best practices throughout your relationship with Returnly.
Custom Returnly Users
Our Custom Returnly users usually have specific requirements, like integrations and customizations, that we do not offer with our Monthly and Premium tiers. Custom Returnly typically have additional support and resources assigned to them. These unique situations must be scoped out and usually requires sign-off from both parties.
For more information and permutations of what you can get with these tiers, please check out our Returnly and Shopify plans article. If you would like to update or upgrade your plan, please reaching out to our merchant care team at support@returnly.com for next steps.
