This overview video shows you how it works!
With Shop Collections, your shoppers can exchange for a completely different product from curated collections right within the existing returns flow.
After clicking Continue, the user can browse the collections that you've set up.
This enables you to convert more returns into exchanges -- with an increased opportunity for uplift -- through an easy-to-browse experience across products of your choice.
Requirements
- Shop Collections is available to Premium (Annual) plan, and for Growth and for Partner monthly plans.
- Exchanges powered by Returnly Credit requires linking with Stripe.
If you’d like to learn more about adding Shop Collections to your current plan, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or our merchant care team at support@returnly.com.
How it Works
Once you've enabled the Shopify-sourced Collections to be made available to your shoppers, the returns flow will incorporate a new option beyond returning for refund or exchanging for a different variant of the same product -- i.e. "Find something new" (or updated copy, of your choosing).
When selected, shoppers will be able to browse across all enabled Collections and corresponding products, even those with a cost higher than what's being returned. Upon finding something to exchange for, they'll be guided through steps to make the appropriate variant selection/s, pay any difference in cost, and complete their exchange.
See our "Shopper Journey" article for a more detailed, step-by-step overview of the experience.
Recommended Sorting
Available to Premium Plans, utilizing Instant Credit and Shop Collections.
Recommended Sorting personalizes product recommendations in the Shop Collections workflow, based on your customer's previous purchase history.
What it means:
Rather than displaying Collections in alphabetical order, your customers will automatically be shown the items they are most likely to purchase.
We look at what each individual customer is engaging with, what they’re purchasing and returning, and what’s trending in your store to make real-time decisions on which products are shown first within your Shopify collections.
