Where do I find it?
The Reports Page allows you to select and export information on financial reconciliation, billing, and returns directly from Returnly. You navigate to this page by clicking on the Reports link, featured on the left-hand navigation panel.
To better understand how to use the reports, you'll see a ? within a circle near the top of each report category. Clicking on those circles will pull up a best practices guide to help you best use these reports.
Reports Overview
Reconciliation
The financial health of your company plays a key role in the success of your business. Gaining an accurate overview of your financial statements will facilitate your reconciliation process, through which you can determine if any sets of records are complete and in agreement.
Billing
The Billing report allows you to review your Subscription (SaaS) fees, Repurchase or Exchange settlement amount, and Shipping label fees, providing you with the data you need to audit, validate, track, and monitor charges from Returnly.
This report comprises four types of invoices: Subscription, Exchange, Instant Credit, and Shipping.
Note: Not every type of transaction in this report is necessarily going to be grouped by invoice.
Returns
Return Details
The Return Details report allows you to gain the highest level of granularity when it comes to returns data.
Each line item or record in this report is a unit of product which belongs to one RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization).
Shipping Details
The Shipping report allows you to accurately and consistently review and monitor your shipping data, including associated costs from shipping brokers, estimated dates, weights, and refunds.
Note: The details contained in the Shipping report are solely informative; hence, it is not meant to be used for billing purposes. In addition, the information shown in this report is dependent upon the package detail level shared with Returnly by the carrier.
How do I use it?

You can also export multiple reports at once with the Export Now button located at the top right of the main reports page. This pulls up a dialog box where you can set the parameters of how you want your information exported.
The first option allows you to select from a pre-set list of time windows.
Otherwise, you are able to select your own time window. You then select which reports you want to export, and then click Export to have those reports generate and get sent to your email.
Special attention must be made for the Return Details Report, however. There are finer filtering options available to you:
The Return Details report can provide merchants with important insight into how their returns operation is performing. An additional drop-down field appears before the default filters found in the other reports: Sort Return Details by.
