USPS QR Code Returns (General Availability)
Why the update?
We've added another printer-less return option for your shoppers- QR code returns for USPS!
This addition will give your shoppers the option to easily switch between a print-at-home label or a printless QR code bringing more convenience and choice to your returns experience.
Who does this affect and when will it be available?
USPS QR Code Returns have already been enabled for all eligible merchants. If it was not auto-enabled for your store, you may not be eligible due to the following restrictions:
- Broker- You must be using Returnly's USPS account with EasyPost as your broker.
- Additional fields on your labels- RMA and Order Number are the only fields supported at this time.
- Barcodes on your labels- barcodes are not supported at this time.
- Packing slips enabled- packing slips are not supported at this time.

Return Reasons by Product Type (General Availability)
Why the update?
We know that default return reasons don’t make sense for every product so we’re giving you the capability to create return reasons that are as unique as your products. For example, you can now add size and fit related questions that only apply to your apparel products, and fragrance and texture questions that only apply to your cosmetic products.
Improve your customer’s return experience by displaying only relevant return reasons and gather more data about your products with every return.
Who does this affect and when will it be available?
All merchants on Shopify can now utilize this enhancement.
