Overview
Returnly <> Full Circle Integration
This integration eliminates manual processes by creating and syncing Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) records & credit memos in merchant’s Full Circle account to provide an accurate audit trail of returned items.
In addition, merchants do not need to integrate Returnly to their 3PL as Full Circle sends the necessary receiving information to the 3PL.
If you need technical support specific to the Returnly <> Full Circle Integration, contact Full Circle / Aptean as they manage, host, and monitor the integration.
Prerequisites and How to Get Started
-

-
Full Circle account: integration requires programming job.
As set-up & onboarding is managed by Full Circle, you must contact them to start the integration process along with the following details:
- Returnly API access
Partner/Merchant can access API token via merchant Returnly dashboard.
Access Integration Tools > API Token tab.
Merchants on an Annual plan: they can generate their API token.
Merchants on a Monthly plan should reach out to sales@returnly.com to upgrade their account.
- Full Circle's Shopify Connector
Merchants must be leveraging Full Circle's Shopify Connector, not a third party's.
How It Works
This integration creates an RMA within Full Circle when a return is initiated through Returnly. Full Circle expects a single order per RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization).
An item receipt is then created within Full Circle against the corresponding return.
Note: For multiple orders per RMA, the merchant would need to submit an enhancement request to modify the interface.
Full Circle ERP <> Returnly integration workflow:
- The shopper requests a return and return label through Returnly.
- Returnly creates the return (RMA) and automatically sends return information to Full Circle (via integration).
- Full Circle manages the return as an open RMA (waiting to be received back in the warehouse).
- The warehouse receives the return and communicates receipt of the return to Full Circle (against the RMA).
- A Credit Memo is created in Full Circle for the received items on the RMA.
- Full Circle Credit Memos are added to the Processing Queue when the Credit Memo is updated in Full Circle.
- When items in the Processing Queue are processed (manually or automatically), Full Circle submits a refund request to Returnly, which triggers a refund in Shopify.
- Items are placed back into inventory.
