Buy In-Store, Return Online (Available for Shopify Merchants)
Why the update?
Shoppers like to shop their own way. For some that means spending time shopping in-store, then returning or exchanging their items online from the comfort of their own home. Buy in Store, Return Online adds another path through the customer journey that gives flexibility, control and convenience to the shopper, while also closing the loop on possible return journeys.
Who does this affect and when will it be available?
Buy-In Store, Return Online is now available to all Premium merchants utilizing Shopify and Shopify POS in store, free of charge. Reach out to success@returnly.com if you'd like this featured enabled for your store.

Product Details Page Enhancements (General Availability)
Why the update?
The more information we can give a shopper, the better. A product description and additional images can help a shopper feel more confident about their purchase leading to less decision fatigue and a quicker repurchase process. And more repurchases means more retained revenue. We've added an image carousel, product description, and a link to Shop Collections
Who does this affect and when will it be available?
These enhancements are available for all Returnly Premium merchants using Shopify and have already been enabled.

API Financial reconciliation (General Availability)
Why the update?

In an effort to continuously update our API we have added two new extensions specifically focused on financial reconciliation. In addition to the existing options, you can now pull raw data surrounding Instant Credit with the following :

repurchases:
Information regarding items purchased using credit issued from the return (a repurchase) -
invoice_items:
Information regarding the invoice sent by Returnly for credit used in a repurchase at the time of return settlement

Who does this affect and when will it be available?
This update is available for Returnly Premium merchants who are utilizing Instant Credit, and has already been enabled.

Deliverr integration (General Availability)
Why the update?
Our partners over at Deliverr have created an integration that allows Deliverr to obtain return information, process automatic refunds and leave detailed notes in Returnly.
Who does this affect and when will it be available?
This integration is available for Returnly Premium merchants who are also utilizing Deliverr and is available for enablement now.
