Overview
For existing merchants:
On Shopify, accept the updated app permissions.
On your Shopify store, Admin page, go to Apps and search for Returnly.
Click Update app.
Once completed, your Returnly Return Manager will be displayed.
What are the new permissions?
When reauthorizing your Returnly App in Shopify, new permissions are enabled:
- To edit customer and store information.
Users and Permissions
Only Shopify Admins or Owners can reauthorize the Returnly App.
You may encounter the following error message. If so, that means you don't have permissions to reauthorize the App.
Note: You can still access your Return Manager by logging in directly at Returnly.com.
