Overview
Returnly <> RLM Integration
This integration eliminates manual processes by creating and syncing Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) records & credit memos in merchant’s RLM account to provide an accurate audit trail of returned items.
In addition, merchants do not need to integrate Returnly to their 3PL as RLM sends the necessary receiving information to the 3PL.
Note: This integration supports multiple warehouses.
If you need technical support specific to the Returnly <> RLM integration, contact the RLM Support team as they manage, host, and monitor the integration.

How It Works
This integration creates RMAs within RLM each time a return is initiated, and refunds upon item receipt by RLM.
RLM ERP <> Returnly integration workflow:
-
RMA is generated in Returnly.
-
RMA information is imported into RLM and a Return Authorization is automatically created.
-
Return Authorization is automatically sent to 3PL. 3PL will send the Return receiving file back to RLM updating the return authorization as received.
-
The Return receipt is sent to Returnly to trigger a refund in Shopify.
-
The credit memo is imported from Shopify to RLM updating the inventory and closing the Return Authorization.
-
Return is complete
