Overview
The Shipping report allows you to accurately and consistently review and monitor your shipping data, including associated costs from shipping brokers, estimated dates, weights, and refunds.
Note: The details contained in the Shipping report are solely informative; hence, it is not meant to be used for billing purposes.
Shipping Report Terms
Each row/record in this report shows shipping data associated with an RMA (return or exchange), which includes shipping label information, warehouse and customer's shipping address.
Each line in the report contains the following fields.

Return status |
Return/RMA status such as refunded, pending refund, cancelled by merchant. |

Return Tracking Number |
Shipping tracking number: information retrieved from the shipping broker. |

Shipping ID |
Shipping ID: information retrieved from the shipping broker. |
|
Shipping Status |
Shipping label status such as delivered, in transit, pre-transit. |
|
Carrier |
Carrier: name of the shipping carrier (e.g. USPS). |
|
Return Label Cost |
Return shipping label cost: estimated amount prior to being scanned. |

Cost Adjustment Amount |
Adjustment amount: once parcel has been scanned. |

Created On |
Date on which the shipping label has been created. |

Refund Status |
Status showing whether the shipping label has been refunded. |

Date on which the shipping label has been cancelled. |

Estimated Delivery Date |
Estimated delivery date provided by the shipping broker. Note: Not all carriers provide this information.

Date on which the QR Code has been created. |

Estimated Parcel Weight |
Original weight applied by the carrier. |

Estimated Service Type |
Service level indicating how the parcel will be sent. |

Actual Parcel Weight |
Captured weight after being reviewed by the carrier. |

Actual Service Type |
Captured service level indicating how the parcel will be sent. |
|
Invoice Paid Date |
Date on which the shipping label was paid. |
