It's a total bummer when your shopper brings their package to the Post Office and they are told the label is insufficient. Here's how this can be avoided. 

  • ALWAYS make sure your product weights are accurate within your eCommerce platform. We cannot stress this enough.
  • Oh no! Before signing up for Returnly you didn't have product weights entered. Don't worry. We have set a default weight. This default weight is used only when we pull the order data and NO weight is listed. This default is initially set to 10 ounces for all merchants. If you need a little more weight, please contact merchant support. 

Can't you just update the label weight for us?
Unfortunately, we cannot. The order weight data is "frozen" at the time of placement and this data cannot be manipulated.
