Returnly will send you emails to keep you posted on the “lifecycle” of your product returns. 

Description of Emails

Welcome to Returnly from Shopify

This email indicates that you can start accepting returns. You will be prompted to edit your product returns policy right from your dashboard.

Authorize product return:

Note: This email will only be sent if the Auto-Return Authorization setting within the Returns Policy section is disabled.

This email will show all information for the product to be returned. You will be prompted to accept or cancel the return.

$X was issued:

Note: This email will only be sent for merchants utilizing our Instant Credit functionality.

This email indicates that an Instant Credit was issued, along with additional information.

Issuing a standard refund for Return ID: X:

Note: This email will only be sent for merchants utilizing our Instant Credit functionality.

This email will show details regarding the status of the Instant Credit.

These emails will be sent to the email address under Your Account > Addresses > Store Address:

To enable or disable these notifications, you can toggle this setting within the Returns Policy section:
