We offer three returns policies to choose from, with the responsibility for shipping costs varying between them:
Paid by Shopper - Returnly makes things easy for your customers. Your merchant credit card is billed for the label, then we get your money for that label back to you by deducting the shipping label’s cost from the customer's refund. This deduction shows up for the customer clearly as they are processing their return. This makes returns easy for your customers (otherwise your customer would have to enter a credit card to make a return - yikes). This recovers the cost of the label for you! Win-win!!
Free for Shopper - In this case, you the merchant pay for all return shipping costs.
Flat Rate - The shopper pays your selected rate, with you covering any difference between the actual shipping cost.
