Want to use your UPS or FedEx account? This feature is available on the Returnly for Shopify Business plan and all of the Returnly for Shopify Plus plans. To enable this feature, please contact merchant support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Next, we will ask you a few questions to get the proper UPS or FedEx account credentials from you. (We need your log-in information for our API). Returnly engineers will enable the transfer to your account within 5-7 business days. As soon as your merchant UPS or FedEx account is enabled, all of your shipping labels will be billed through UPS or FedEx.
