Look for the RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) printed on the shipping label. From your dashboard, go to “Manage Returns” where you can search for a specific RMA number and view all of the information associated with that return. This will tell you what should be in the box without opening the box. Since it’s challenging to hire Superman for his x-ray vision skills, this is most certainly the next best solution, and it works pretty great. Just another great Returnly feature. You’re welcome :)
