Welcome email from Returnly:

The email indicates that you can start accepting returns. You will be prompted to edit your product returns policy right from your dashboard once you press the green button in the email.

Shopper requests to return a product:

The email will show all information for the product to be returned. You will be prompted to accept or cancel the return.

Merchant has authorized the return:

The email will show all information regarding the product to be returned.

Merchant has processed returned merchandise:

The email will show all information regarding the returned product. You will be prompted to issue a refund.
