When a shopper starts the return process, Returnly uses a proprietary algorithm to determine if an Instant Refund or Exchange Voucher is issued for the shopper. There are various scenarios taken into account and a shopper may not always be eligible for a voucher. If they are not, then they move through the standard returns process and are provided a shipping label. If they do qualify, they will then be provided Instant Refund Voucher or passed through the Exchanges process, depending on the Merchant and Return Reasons.
Additionally, if products were purchased with a gift card or Returnly Voucher, the shopper will not qualify for an Instant Refund or Exchange.
