Returnly provides the flexibility to your shoppers of benefitting from an extended return eligibility window during the holidays! Now you can give your shoppers more days to initiate a return during the holiday season.

How the Holiday Return Eligibility Window works:
Like the default eligibility window, the holiday eligibility window determines the number of days a shopper has to initiate a return but allows you to set the dates for when this extended window is in effect.  
 
Let’s say for example that the start and end dates of your holiday season are 12/1/2017 and 12/31/2017, and your holiday return eligibility window is 60 days, while your typical eligibility window is 30 days. This feature will give your shoppers 60 days to initiate a return for orders fulfilled between 12/1/2017 and 12/31/2017. For all orders outside of this window, shoppers will still have 30 days to initiate a return.
