A pop-up message will appear alerting you that a refund has already been issued via Shopify. If you get this error and refund was not issued, please contact merchant success using the button in your dashboard or via team@returnly.com.

Please note: it is always a good idea (very prudent) to confirm that a refund in the correct amount was issued via Shopify anytime this screen is presented.
