You got your first product's what you need to do.

  • If you are on Manual Authorization mode, you will need to look over the return request and click Authorize Return.  Auto Authorization mode takes care of this step for you.  
  • Once the return is received, inspect the package's contents. If everything is as expected, you can issue the refund directly from the Returnly Dashboard by clicking Process Refund.
  • If the contents of the package are not as expected, for example, the shopper only returned 1 of 2 items, you can use the Deductions & Fees field to adjust the refund amount due to the shopper.
  • If you do NOT want to restock an item, make sure that the “Restock item” checkbox is EMPTY before you click through to process the refund.
