Hello! Returnly has changed the way it bills for shipping labels.

For Returnly merchants using USPS labels:

  • Shipping labels are now billed for at the time of label generation, and charged in aggregate once daily.
  • When the refund for unused labels is received from the carrier, Returnly credits your account.
  • In the billing process, this credit amount is deducted from the balance due for labels generated.

The good news: these savings are still passed on to you as part of the amazing Returnly service - Yay!!

Why the change?

Historically, the delay between label generation and charges caused significant confusion. We are hoping that this new method will alleviate that to some extent :)

Please reach out to Team Returnly if you have questions.

All the best,

Returnly Merchant Success Team
