Of course, you can! We make it super easy.
- From your Returnly dashboard, click on the Returns Policy tab.
- At the bottom of the Returns Policy page, you will see "Reasons For Product Return."
- To add your own reason, simply type it in the box labeled Add more reasons then click Add
- Want to remove a reason? Click hover on the reason within the list and a red 'x' will show. Click this to delete the reason.
